Order questions
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply:
- Add to cart items you would like to purchase,
- Once you are ready to check out, click on your cart,
- You can make any adjustments like, remove products from cart or adjust quantity directly in your cart, and
- Once you ready, you can check out and place your order.
What is the status of my order?
An order is in one of these cycles:
- Processing - the order is in this state when we are processing and picking your order.
- Shipped - once we have printed a label for your order and it is in the possession of the carrier, its status changes to Shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan.
- Cancelled - if your order is cancelled, it's status will change to cancelled.
- Delivered - the order has been delivered.
If you placed your order more than 20 days ago and you have not received your order, please contact us.
Are the products listed on AmeriOutlet's website guaranteed to be in stock?
AmeriOutlet is committed to accurately inventorying and listing products. All products listed on our website are available to order. If a particular product is low in quantity, our listing will state so. Because our inventory is constantly changing, it's possible occasionally a particular product may become out of stock. If you have ordered a product that we cannot fulfill, we will cancel your order if we cannot quickly replenish our inventory. We will notify you via email if your order is cancelled and refund will be issued accordingly.
Can I make changes to my order?
Our goal is to quickly fulfil orders as we receive them. If you need to make changes to your order, please do so via completing this form as soon as possible. If we have not started to fulfil or shipped your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a change.
If we have shipped your order, it's not possible for us to make changes to your order. For instance, we cannot add or remove products to the order as it's in transit. If you have to order additional products and we have shipped your earlier order, you can create a new order. If you have to remove products from your order and we have shipped your order, you can return unwanted items.
How do I cancel my order?
Our goal is to quickly fulfil orders as we receive them. If you need to cancel your order, please do so via completing this form as soon as possible. If we have not started to fulfil or shipped your order, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
If we have shipped your order, it's not possible for us to cancel your order. Once you receive your order, you can return undesired items.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
AmeriOutlet is required to collect state and local sales tax on taxable items. Sales tax is calculated based on sale amount and the shipping address.
What payment methods does AmeriOutlet accepts?
Presently, AmeriOutlet only accepts payment by PayPal and PayPal accepts all major credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Please access our Payment Policy to read more.

How long will my order take to arrive?
AmeriOutlet is committed to quickly and accurately shipping all orders. Once your order leaves our facility, we will email you with the tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please note estimated delivery dates are calculated by the carrier. You can use the tracking information to view the most up-to-date tracking information by logging into the carrier's website.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping - on average orders shipped with this method typically arrive five to ten business days.
- Expedited Shipping - on average orders shipped with this method typically arrive within five business days.
During checkout you can choose the shipping option that best suits you. Estimated shipping and delivery timeframe for each shipping service will be listed during your checkout process. Expedited Shipping costs more than Standard Shipping because the carrier is committed to delivering expedited packages faster than regular packages. Although AmeriOutlet offers expedited shipping during checkout, it's the carrier's responsibility to deliver within the promised time frame.
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We currently do not offer international shipping.
If you order multiple quantities of the same product, each item will still require additional shipping charges. Among other things, shipping costs are determined by weight and dimensions. As your order weight gets heavier, your shipping costs will go up accordingly. At checkout, we will estimate a reasonable and most discounted shipping rate to you for a large order.
What shipping method do you use for "Free" shipping?
Products those listed on our website with free shipping method are shipped via standard shipping. Packages shipped via standard shipping typically take five to ten business days to deliver.
Do you ship to a PO Box Address?
In most cases, we can ship to a PO box as long as at the carrier does not require a physical address for delivery. UPS and FedEx require a physical address. If we determine the carrier cannot deliver to your address, we will notify you via email.
I provided you wrong address for my order. Can you reship my order?
For us to reship a package, we will first need the original package returned to us. While the original package is in transit, we cannot direct it to a new address or control when it is returned to us. Reshipments are subject to extra handling fee and additional shipping fees.
Do you ship outside of US, to Hawaii or Alaska?
Presently, AmeriOutlet only ships to contiguous 48 United States Washington, D.C.
Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?
AmeriOutlet can only ship one order to one single address. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please create a separate order for each address.
Return/exchange questions

How do I make a return?
AmeriOutlet guarantees your satisfaction with the product(s) we sell to you. If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve it in as most satisfactory and efficient manner as possible. We will accept returns as permitted by our {Return Policy}. Please keep in mind returns must be in original and re-sellable condition. To make a return:
- Contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Ship back the item to the address indicated on your packaging slip
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund. For quality assurance, AmeriOutlet reserves the right to verify returned items prior to issuing refund.
Can I exchange an item?
If you want to exchange an item, please contact us for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA). Once we review and approve your request, you can ship back the item you want to exchange and we will send you a replacement. Please note an exchanged item is not eligible for a refund.

How do I unsubscribe from AmeriOutlet's email marketing list?
There are two ways to unsubscribe from our list:

- At the bottom of our email message you receive, there is a link for unsubscribing. Once you click that link, it will take you to a page complete the unsubscribing process.
Once you have unsubscribed, you can re-subscribe at any time.
How do I subscribe (or re-subscribe) to AO's email marketing list?
You can subscribe (or re-subscribe) by completing this form. When you subscribe for the first time, you get a 10% off coupon via email from your first purchase.
