AmeriOutlet is committed to quickly, accurately, and safely ship all orders.* Our goal is to ship by next business day** all orders received by 3PM EST today. All orders received today after 3PM EST today will ship the second business day from today. If you need to have an order shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. We only ship orders within 48 contiguous United States and we currently do not offer international shipping, sorry.
Depending on the item weight and destination, AmeriOutlet uses the optimum shipping method with the goal to reach its destination as soon as possible. Once the item leaves our facility, we do not control how fast or slow the item comes to you. We do not guarantee the carrier will deliver the item within promised time. Although we offer expedited shipping during checkout, it's the carrier's responsibility to deliver within the promised time frame. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier based on item weight, dimension, and delivery method. Larger or heavier items cost more to ship than smaller or lighter items. Your shipping charges (if any) are estimated at the time of your checkout and are displayed in your order confirmation. If the estimated shipping charges exceed the actual shipping costs, then, AmeriOutlet may contact you to pay for the difference.
AmeriOutlet uses three carriers for shipping: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. Unless you instruct otherwise in your order, we will use the most appropriate carrier and the shipping service.
If your order requires it or at our sole discretion, we may ship your item(s) separately. Thus your item will arrive in multiple packages. If we ship your order in multiple packages, you will not incur additional shipping charges.
Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to tracking the order while it's in transit. Please note it may take up to 48 hours before the shipping carrier website show you the first or latest scan of the item in transit.
*All orders are subject to payment, and verification of shipping and billing information. A payment must be approved prior to shipping.
