Returns & exchanges
AmeriOutlet guarantees your satisfaction with the product we sell to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it! We will work with you to resolve it in as most satisfactory and efficient manner as possible. We will gladly issue a full refund or exchange subject to terms and conditions listed below. For most products, you have {} days from the date of delivery to return or exchange. All returns must be in original and re-sellable condition.
When you want to return or exchange an item, please follow these easy guidelines:
- Contact us for a return/exchange authorization by {click here}
- Include original packaging with all accessories, and manuals
- Ship back to us via USPS (preferred) or UPS ground service. For your protection, you should purchase insurance and use a tracking service. AmeriOutlet is not responsible for your return shipping charges; furthermore, AmeriOutlet is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
AmeriOutlet reserves the right to refuse any return if there is any signs of wear/damage or missing parts. If you receive the wrong or damaged/defective item, please contact AmeriOutlet within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please do not use the product that you believe is defective or wrong. To improve quality assurance, AmeriOutlet may ask for photographical evidence of the damaged or the wrong item. AmeriOutlet reserves the right to verify item defectiveness [or if the wrong item was shipped] prior to issuing refund or sending a replacement.
If, at our sole discretion, we determine we made a mistake with your order, we may provide you via email a return shipping label. If you do not use our return shipping label, we will not reimburse you for your return shipping charges.
Return/exchange policy exceptions
- Cellphones, tablets, computers, cameras, and camcorders must be returned within 14 days for a refund. Cellphones, tablets, computers, cameras, and camcorders are subject to restocking fee (as defined below). If you return a cellphone with a plan, you are responsible for cancelling your service contract with the carrier. AmeriOutlet is not responsible for your data stored on returned electronic devices/products to us.
- Video games, computer software, CDs/DVDs can only be exchanged for an identical item.
- All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any item that is damaged, altered, or abused after delivery will be denied return or exchange.
- If an item was bought with a free gift, all items including the free gift must be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, at our sole discretion, we will reimburse you for what you return minus the value of the free gift.
- AmeriOutlet is not responsible for shipping charges or any other fees (i.e., but not limited to labor, installation).
- An item that is exchanged can only be exchanged; it is not eligible for a refund.
Restocking fee
AmeriOutlet charges restocking fee on certain goods to cover costs of inspection, and packaging/shipping.
Opened items over $49 or cellphones, tablets, computers, cameras, and camcorders are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price.
Unopened cell phones, tablets, computers, cameras, and camcorders are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.
